edit an existing report

Many years ago someone created a report in ACCESS for me. This report would
print out appointments for a particular day. However if there was a code
word listed as "Off", then that appointment would not be printed. I am
needing to edit this report to add other code words. I do not know where to
even start looking in design view to make this change.

I hope this makes sense and someone could help me with this.

Are you sure that you don't need to look at a Query instead? I would assume
that the report is just running off a Query that checks against this "Off"
criteria. If you bring up the properties menu for the report it should tell
you up the top the name of the data source.

I would assume that the report is pulling its data from a Query. Check the
properties on the report itself and i should tell you the Record Source.
