edit an organizational chart

i get this message
The microsoft organization chart server application can’t be found.
Contact your system administartor to install this server application.

Microsoft Organization Chart is not installed
The Microsoft Organization Chart OLE server program is not installed on this
computer. To edit an organization chart object, you must have Microsoft
Organization Chart installed. To install this program, contact your system
administrator for assistance.

and all software is installed on the server
