Edit Custom Size when printing.

I have tried to print using a page that is custom size, not included in drop
down box of sizes. Directions to print custom size say to select the "Edit
Custom Size" button which I am unable to select, as it is not "active". It
also says to select "New" to save the size, but I don't see that option.
(Perhaps it shows up when "Edit Custom Size" is able to be selected.
