Edit enterprise global is not enable

When I went t
Tools->Options->Enterpise Options->Open Enterprise gloabl option
is in grey not enable
but restore Enterprise global is enabled

How to enable endit enterise global option?

You must create a login account in Microsoft Project Professional and then
use this account to login to Project Server. Refer to the Resolution
section of the following link for directions on how to do this:

In addition, before you can check out and edit the Enterprise Global, your
user account in Project Server must have Administrator permissions. Hope
