Edit Excel File from Access Module

Can I edit an excel file from an Access Module. I only need to update one
cell from No to Yes.

To change e.g. cell B3:

UPDATE
[Excel 8.0;HDR=NO;Database=C:\MyWorkbook.xls;].[MyWorksheet$B3:B3]
SET
F1='Yes'
;
