Edit Fields in Project Center

From "Project Center" I highlight a project and select "EDIT" from the menu,
once the edit screen opens for the selected project, various "Project Fields"
are shown on the page.
My question, where can i indicate which fields are displayed on this page
and which ones are not.

If the field contains a formula or a value list, it will not appear on this
page. Hope this helps.
