edit file problem

Hi,

I have a problem with Word/Excel documents. When I go to
edit an existing file by inserting text and then move the
mouse, other windows open, then the file I was working on
attempts to close. If I don't touch the mouse for ~10
seconds , everything is ok when I close the windows which
were opened and cancel the closing of the file. Need
help!!!
