EDIT/Filter?

In my switchboard I have on the first page an option to
edit existing data that has been entered. I have checked
the switchboard manager to see if it is in Edit mode, and
it is! I can clik remove filter under reocrds to allow me
to scroll through data/edit. But when I close it, I have
to do it all over again, open, click remove filter. Is
there a way to check the filters, and to remove them
premenatly? Should I check the VBA code, if so what
should be the correct code for this edit option under the
switchboard?
