I have a form for all processors to enter data and it goes right to the
table. I also have to build a way for them to edit and make corrections.
What is the best way and solution to have them make the corrections without
access to the table directly. I am afraid they will make the correction and
hit something else. Currently the form is set up as an edit and they view it
in datasheet view because that is their preference. We want them to edit the
data already in there for the fear that if they had to type it again there
maybe another mistake. Also, when a correction is make I would like to put
a check box on the form that has to be checked or they can not save the
changes and the check will appear in the table as a yes. This would enable
me to find out how many corrections had to be made.
