Edit from Switchboard

In the past I have been able to Edit my information that
I entered to my switchboard, and now I can't Edit
anything. I have an option on my main switchboard that
allows me to Edit, and an option to Enter new data. When
I press the Edit button I get a new page to enter data.
what happened, can it be fixed?

Use the Switchboard Manager to see if the form you're
opening is opening in "Add" or "Edit" mode.
