Edit Labels for Shared Calendar

I've setup a shared Calendar in a Public Folder to track the travel schedule
of my support Engineers. Each Engineer is assigned a different Color Label.
When I initially created this Calendar I edited and renamed the Labels
accordingly. Since then we've had some staffing changes. I can edit the
Labels however my changes will not stick. Is there an way to fix this?

Also I'm running Outlook 2003 SP3

Labels are local to the user and do not "stick" for other users. Your Red=Important may be someone else's Red=Family.
