Edit Mode

I have a page in oneNote that I am done editing/making changes to. I was
wondering if there was a way to turn off "edit" mode, so that when I mouse
over elements on the page (links, etc...) I do not get the edit box. I know I
can publish the page, but I want to be able to browse these pages in the
context of the oneNote notebook without the annoyance of those edit boxes
showing up.

Is this possible?
