Edit or Create Administrative Time

Is it only me or is the (x) delete catogory button inactive ( READ AS BUG ?)

Server settings=>Administrative Time

even if I highlight a record, the Delete Category button is not enabled..
can someone verify this as a bug or is it an err between the k/b and the
chair ?

You can only delete an Administrative time category if you have not yet
clicked the Save button. Hope this helps.

its a plain old bug !!

It would be nice if you could delete an Administrative Category that
was entered in error, which is what I need to do. I added operational
type activities thinking we would enter time from the timesheet, but
since then I've decided to use another method. Very very dirty
indeed. Guess I'll need to pull out my SQL book and hit the table
directly

I'll add that you should not delete a line in this table unless you are
certain that it doesn't exist on any current timesheet, and that no time has
been recorded against it. Otherwise, you will create orphans in the database
and blow the referential integrity. Nobody knows what problems this may
cause, so go there very cautiously. Backup the database before making any
changes like this.
