edit or insert ole object in application package

I have an access database that I need to package as an application. When I
run the database application I no longer have the option to right-click on an
embedded object frame on a form and "insert object". How can I program this
option? I am very slow with VB so would prefer a macro or other option, but I
can't find anything anywhere on this.
