edit outlook mails in excel 2003

when i am mailing one sheet from excel as the body, can the recepient edit
the same as an excel sheet ( with gridlines ) upon receipt.

I don't know - what happens when you or they try?

If you want them to be able to edit it, I suggest you send it as an
attachment instead.
