Edit | Paste Special option missing in Word 2002

However, on my other PCs, it is present and working fine.

That is problem 1.

The other one is a question regarding Word when the option does work.

Is there any way I can make Edit | Paste Special | Unformatted text
the default when I am copying text from the Internet into Word 2002? I
use only the Unformatted option, none of the others.
