Edit Quick Access button image

Remember how, in Office 2003, you could assign a button to a macro and then
edit the button image? Is there a way to do that in Office 2007?

So that I'm clear, I don't want merely to PICK an image from the "Modify
Button" dialogue, I want to EDIT the image;

Any suggestions appreciated.

Unfortunately there is little nothing to suggest. You can't modify button
images for the QAT. If you want to use your own images then you need to
modify the Ribbon instead of the QAT.
