Edit Record by Form

Hello,

Im fairly new to access, but so far I have a form that
populates a listbox based on criteria they enter in a
textbox on that form (onchange event).

Id like it so that they can click on an entry in the
listbox and click a command button "Edit" to open a new
form that shows all the information in textboxes so they
can change anything they'd like then press "Change" to
confirm the changes.

Id also like there to be another table that stores all
the old entries and the new ones that were edited.
Any help would be much appreciated.
