Edit RTF/Word Document any help apreciated

Hi;
I have an RTF document created in VB that I would like to reformat (add
horizontal,vertical lines, heading, page breaks and number pages) to RTF
document before sending to Word. or
do it within Word. I am able to bring it to Word but I am having problems
with formating! Can
you help?
