Ok, I thought I knew how to do this:
1) Create a new team site in SharePoint
2) Enable the Project Lists feature
3) Save as a template
4) Enable manual project workspace provisioning in Project Server settings
5) Create project w/o workspace
6) Create separate workspace using the template
6) Go into the Project Workspaces, select the Edit Site Address (check for
correctness)....
And boom, I get an error message:
The Web site does not exist or is not configured for Project Server. Enter
a Web site that has been extended with a Project Server compatible template.
This on MOPS07 SP1....it should work. I compared all of the settings w/ an
actual provisioned Project Workspace, and can't find any differences w/ the
possible exception of security groups existing in my template, which don't
exist in the project workspace.
Have also tried it both on templates including and not including content. I
swear that I've gotten it to work before....
