Edit template

Outlook 2000 w/Windows 2000

I actually created a template in Outlook (still am not
sure about differences between template and form). Anyway
I want to make changes so I go into Design Form and open
it, but cannot figure out how to edit the template.

Thanks.

I don't understand the question. "Designing a form" and "editing a template"
are the same thing in Outlook context.

Actually I didn't figure it out. When I go to Tools, Form,
Design to edit the template I created, I cannot make
changes to it. All I get is the mouse arrow.

Where are you getting the mouse arrow? What are the exact steps you're
following?

What I am trying to do is add a line of text--so just type
in characters and delete a line of text. I don't know if I
can only use text boxes to type in text, but when I
created the original template it did not require me to use
text boxes. Here is a layout of what I have. It is
basically a form I created for the president so that when
he wants to do a company wide email it is like doing an
internal memo.

Logo of company at top centered
centered MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT
Date: Today's date
To:

I want to delete To: and I want to add the centered
MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT but I can get only the mouse arrow.
I have looked on all menus, right clicked, etc. but cannot
figure out.

Thanks.

I'm still not clear on what you mean by "template." Is this HTML stationery?
An Outlook form where the logo and date are different fields on the form? An
HTML message saved as an .oft file?

Good Day Dear Friends,

*:::: Problem ::::*

I use Outlook 2000 vividly.

I have used the *Tools > "Design Form"* to get * .OFT Forms
created, and use the same for filling in data.

From a Visual Basic code, I fill data into the .OFT form's "tex
fields". This is done successfully :)

I now wish to add "form fields" like "text box" and "radio buttons" t
the Outlook Format Template ".OFT" Forms, from my code.

I.E., Dynamically add a "text box" in the .OFT form.

Hope i conveyed rightly.

If you have any Idea, how to dynamically place a control in the OFT
Forms, please send me a mail.

Thanks for your time and consideration again
