Edit Timescale Label (4,3,2,1...(from end))

Is there a way to use microsoft project to be able to edit the timescale in the 4,3,2,1...(from end) format to something in between?

So for example if an event happens on 0 day, I would like to use the automated function to show all the tasks that have to occur in "plus count" after the event happens on 0 day....
