Edit XML in Word 2003

We store text data in XML format so we can bring in the requested data
in ASP. The person in charge of updating the info is not technical
enough to edit in XML. I'm looking for a way to open the XML in table
format so that the content owner can edit in a WYSIWYG way. How can I
achieve that? XSLT?
