Editable field for Task Description

Hi,
I've been trying this and have had several problems in this regard. The
problem is that I want to publish an additional custom field to PWA Time
Sheets so that users can write the description of the activities they
performed for the task. I've tried notes for that but had to drop the idea
coz of the 4K limit.
Could someone please suggest a better way for this? Kindly include steps for
accomplishment if possible.

Have you considered asking them to attach one or more documents to each task
they working? The documents would be stored in the document repository for
the project in SharePoint. Just a thought. Hope this helps.

done by publishing a custom text field for a project to all resources ?

I believe you will find that using an enterprise Task text field for this
purpose will fail you when have multiple resources assigned to the task, as
the last person entering text in the field will overwrite the text values
previously entered by the other resources. Hope this helps.
