Editable task field

Hi,

I am trying to add editable field in the timesheet view under the tasks
page. I have doen the required steps e.g add the desired view through PWA &
adding the desired fileds through published fileds for each project. I need
to add the actual start & actual finish dates & also % complete fields as
editable fields under tasks page. I have found that only the actual start &
finish dates became editable. The % complete field have the data but it is
not editable. Are teher any other thing i need to do? Are there any
limitation on the type & number of fields to be editable? Can i make the
desired changes through the enterprise global template & make the changes in
all the projects?
We are using MSP 2003 server & pro professional 2003.

Can anyone please help me out?

What are your tracking settings in Admin / Customize Project Web Access
a.. - Percent of work complete
b.. - Actual work done and work remaining
c.. - Hours of work done per day or per week
