Edited Title Block is now HUGE

I rearranged the boxes in a Title Block and saved the new shape on my
Information Aids stencil, but now when I drag the shape over to any new
drawing (except the one where I created the shape), the shape is HUGE –
several times larger than the page and the green box with handles shows
centered, amidst the information boxes, such page # of # pages, which make up
the Title Block. When I edit the shape, it looks fine.

I simply created a new title block last night, with the document information
boxes I want in it, and this one seems to be working fine...
