this is going to be a real daft question and im sure the answer is obviously
No but i need to confirm. im thinking of upgrading from 2003 to 2007 as i
need some features from 2007. im designing a database for a company who has
2003. i know i can use a free runtime for 2007 to work on their machines. i
need to do some work onsite at the company, so can i edit a database created
in 2007 with access 2003???

If you need new 2007 features, such as an attachment field, you will need the
new .accdb file format. Access 2003 can not even read .accdb files.

If you didn't need new features in 2007, you could use a .mdb file format
that both can work with.
