Editing a Visio drawing in Power Point sent via email?

I am trying to edit a flow-chart created using Visio 2000 and sent to me in a
Power Point document, via email. I am using Visio Professional 2003. Thanks.

is it really embedded (then of course where is the vsd file that it is
related too)? Of course the flow chart addons are incompatible anyway.
