Editing a word document

I am just new to word so bear with me. When editing or changing a word
document all my changes are made with Red Lettering and words I have deleted
are moved to the right margin of the document. can someone tell me how I can
avoid this problem ? thanks

Hi Richard

Have the Reviewing Toolbar displayed and select the Show dropdown list.
Choose Options.

In the dialog box, change Use Balloons so that it says "Never". Click
OK to close the dialog box.

I hope I've understood your Word problem correctly, please let me know
if that solved the problem or not.
