Editing ACad drawings

I have downloaded Trial Visio and reviewing for consideration to purchase but
have a question:

I know you can import ACad drawings but do not see way to edit existing
objects other than adding to the drawing. Please advise.

You can select the imported drawing, right click (I think), and then ask
Visio to convert it. You end up with a lot of basic Visio shapes.
Sometimes, it's difficult to get the right line weight. It's not something I
would recommend doing on a regular basis.

I believe there are other posts regarding ACAD drawings in this forum.
