Editing Budget Cost in PPS (Project Portfolio Server)

I am trying to edit the Budget Cost for the projects in my portfoilio, but
the (blizzard) icon is not visible for some reason. What is the problem? I
will be very greatful for all help!

Hi Eniola,
i can imagine that, as part of your workflow, you have hidden this function.
I would check the workflow settings and see if you switched off the
"Editable" button for Budget once you are past a certain workflow. This could
be the reason why

Thanks for your suggestion! We do have 2 dummy workflows, but they don't
really do much (literally just 2 workflows that each contain a dummyproject
class). I looked at the Workflow Verification and Link Process Management
and saw the following Processes: Approve, Modify, Monitor, Propose Project,
Reject. Are these dafault? Could these be a cause?

Hi Eniola,

yes they are defaults. Depending on how your system is set up your budget
may have various reasons why you cant see it.
Can it be your user rights?
