Editing CAD drawings in Visio

I have inherited a CAD floorplan that's been copied into Visio Pro 2002-SP.
I need to select and cut parts of the drawing and resize the remainder to
fill a page. I have been able to select and cut but not proportionally
resize. Any way to do that? I have no CAD experience and limited Visio
experience.

Best way, I can suggest is to group the objects you want to resize. Then,
right click on the object and select "Format". Next, select "protection" and
check the "Aspect Ratio" box. This will keep your object in the correct
proportion when you resize it.
