Another question - in Outlook I can edit fields in table view, but in
BCM it appears I have to open the contact form to add, say, an email
address. Then I have to save and close, as there seems to be no "save
and next".
I am thinking that you almost need to use Outlook to get all of your
business contacts info complete, and then move them to BCM...kind of a
pain...am I missing any easy way to add info to contacts w/o opening
up each record?
