Editing Contacts and Internet Explorer error

Hello All,

I seem to be having a problem with MS Outlook. When I try to edit a
contact, MS Outlook freezes and then a dialog box pops up reading
"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem". Once I click send
report MS Outlook closes.

I have ran MS Outlook repair, ran Windows Update and installed related
patches. Uninstalled and re-installed MS Office 2003. Still having
the error. Now I am going to try and upgrade to MS Office 2007.

However, if this does not help, is their anyone who is experiencing
the same issue? If so, what did you do the fix this issue?
