editing folders in one note

I started using One Note before I understood the file structure. I would
like to edit and move sections, folders etc similar to what I can do with
files in MS Explorer.

Any suggestions. It may be spelled out somewhere and I am still looking.
Thanks,
R

You can right-click on page, section or folder tabs, and select "Move"
from the menu, to reorganise from within OneNote.

Outside of OneNote, the files are kept in a "My Notebook" folder. With
OneNote closed, you can rearrange the folders, and move around the
sections (which are *.one files) between folders, but you can't move
pages at this level.
