In Pub02 you can - pretty sure 2K is the same. There are two ways to get at
the HTML code - either in the folder you saved it R click the file and
select Open With > Notepad, or with the page displayed in IE -R Click on
the page and select Show Source. (Do it twice - sometimes it takes 2 tries)
Then you can edit the code. To see the effect you must save the edited
version, then open the file and click the refresh button.

There is nothing to stop you from opening the html file in a text editor or
html editor. Such manual edits will be lost if you make a change to the Pub
file and resave the web pages. For this reason and due to the complexity of
Pub's code I recommend against the practice. In most cases you can use the

The version is irrelevant, there is nothing to stop you from opening the
html file in an editor.
