Editing HTML Templates

I'm very new to Microsoft Project so excuse me if the question seems stupid.
I have been instructed to save our projects as html files so our department
heads can easily read them & see how we are doing. I have created a new html
template, but cannot change the HTML Table Field names. How can I do this?
I really do not want this report to say Percent_complete, or Task_name. How
can I edit this field?

I found the answer to my question almost immediately after asking it. geez.
