You cannot edit image(s) that has been converted to a Word document.

By saving a .PDF file in to .doc you can save the .pdf document in to .doc
format. But the images are likely to get distorted - only small portion of
the actual image may be copied into the Word document at times - or might
loose image resolution.

Image are bit map images they cannot be edited. It can only be cropped. To
capture a image from a .pdf to Word document. Do the following:

1. On the Tools menu, point to Basic and then click Snapshot tool.
You can also click the Snapshot tool on the Basic Tool bar.
2. Select the image area. The Marquee will be display the hightlighted
section of the image.
3. A dialog box displays informing you that the selected portion has been
copied to the clipboard.
4. Swith to Microsoft Word by pressing Alt+TAB.
5. Position the cursor in the documnet.
6. On the Edit menu, Click Paste
The selected image from the .pdf file is copied in to the Word document. You
have do this individually for all the images that are contained in the .pdf
document.

Alternate way.
1. Press the print screen on the kayboard.
2. Open a Microsoft paint application program - which is available in the
accessories folder. Start|Programs|Accessoreis|Paint
3. On the Edit menu, click Paste.
4. Click Select from the Tool pallette.
5. Click and select the portion of the image you want to copy to the Word
document
6. Swith to Microsoft Word by pressing Alt+TAB.
7. Position the cursor in the documnet.
8. On the Edit menu, Click Paste
The selected image from the .pdf file is copied in to the Word document. You
have do this individually for all the images that are contained in the .pdf
document.
