Is it possible to change the link to a movie in a powerpoint presentation?
I have a customer (I do networking, O/S and hardware so this isn't really up
my alley) who saved all his media files on his laptop's desktop. Needless to
say, he's now in a position where there isn't room on his desktop for any
new icons. Sadly I cannot just rationalize his desktop moving the media
files to another location as then of course his powerpoint presentation no
longer work. The presentations with media are too large to fit on a CD and
his laptop doesn't have a DVD burner.
Not having any experience with Powerpoint I figured it shouldn't be too hard
to edit the links to reflect any change in the media files location. This
doesn't seem to be the case as everything I've googled draws a blank
regarding changing the link within the presentation.
Can it be done or does he have to redue his presentations??
