Editing OneNote Template Sets

Does anyone know of a way in which I can delete those templates in OneNote
that I do not use and/or hate? Please help anyoone.

If by "templates" you mean stationery, that's fairly simple:

In the Stationery task pane, find the stationery you want to delete,
right-click on it and select Delete.

My "delete" option is grayed out and unavailable, I checked the files, and I
have full access and they are not read-only. Is there any more suggestions
you can give me.

Right. The instructions are slightly different dependong on if you're
running the RTM version of OneNote 2003 or SP1 or later.
