Editing presentations on multiple screens / multiple monitors

In Office 2003, I was able to get open to different copies of powerpoint at
the same time, and then put two presentations on two different screens. This
allowed for quick cut, copy and paste from one screen to another.

In Office 2007, I seem to have lost this functionality. Everything opens in
the same version of PPT and I can't see two presentations on multiple
monitors. Is there a work around this issue?
