Editing select rows in Password Protected Excel file created using

Hello,
I am creating an Excel file using Access/VB.
I have couple of formulae that I want to protect and hide.
I also have to allow users to insert rows.
I protected the worksheet except for the few rows where the users are
allowed to make changes.
When I insert a row in the middle, the formula does not seem to be copied
from the row above.

How do I fix this?
