Mary, One of the new features of Publisher 2003 is "incremental uploading".
From David Bartosik's site: 'What that means in English is that your whole
site no longer has to be uploaded after modifying the publication file. This
feature when turned on keeps track of which pages are modified in the
publication file and only uploads those files'. This might help you at least
in uploading the changed pages, but doesn't help in the work of changing
each page on your computer before uploading.
Perhaps David Bartosik will provide a better work around, but one possible
answer is to convert information such as the Prom announcement into an image
instead of text. Then you could link that image to each page where you want
it to appear. One downside to this is that the text will not be as sharp
after converting to an image. Here is a link to a page on David's site that

though this is for Publisher 2000, I believe the general approach would be
the same for 2002 or 2003 if you change over.
Personally, I would rethink your design, and put the new announcement on
your home page, but then create and link to an announcements section...or an
upcoming events section rather than try to put the announcement on each page
of your site. Perhaps expand your weekly announcements section?
Also for what its worth I noticed on several pages that your INFORMATION
link that links to your home page is actually linked to your pub file on
your computer, not the web page. You might want to check those links.
