I edit manuscripts for a living on Word and use a lot of comment balloons. Frequently, I need to revise the text in the balloons, changing a word, adding a phrase, correcting a typo, etc. But each time I try to place the cursor in the text, a white box pops open with my name, date, time and the word "commented", obscuring the text I want to change. I can sometimes get around it if I move quickly, but it takes a lot of time. Does anyone know if there's a way to disable this box from popping open in the comment balloon? thanks.
