Editing the actul Message Box in Design Forms

Ok. I've created a form with some user-defined fields in the Subject. Now I
want to actually edit the Message body to say what I need to say.

How do I do that??? When I click in the Message body, it only seems to give
me the capability to size the box....not edit it.

Sort of new to all this and searched in this forum and in Google and can't
seem to find out how to actually edit the Message body of my form.
