In Business Contact Manager, when using either Accounts or Business Contacts,
Account History items can be created such as Phone Logs. These items
conveniently allow text to be entered and stored with the Account or Business
Contact for future reference. This feature could be enhanced if editing tools
such as spellchecker were activated, as is possible for emails.
