Editing Word Images

I have recently upgraded from Word 2000 (XP operating sys) to Word 2007
(Vista OS) with the Microsoft Office Small Business Edition. However, I am
having trouble opening and editing images in my narrative Word reports for
the purpose of adding text, etc. Any suggestions?
