Can I edit a words document with my comment in red and the original still in
place with the highlighted section I want to change. if the person agrees
with my correction the person would utilize some command and the highlighted
section(s) erased and my correction remains. I was told it could be done.
If anyone is familiar with that function or something similar can you update
me on that utility in words?
Thank you.
