EditPaste initially takes very long time

Hi !

I´m using MS Project 2000 and I have written a system using the VBA, quite
extensive I might add. It works well except for one thing that bothers me.

I use EditCopy and EditPaste to copy whole Tasks from one project to
another. The first time I do EditPaste it could take up to three minutes !!!
before the EditPast is done. Thereafter all EditPaste are more less
instantaneously. How Come ?
