Edits in Resource Enterprise Pool not reflected in Project Plans

I logged in as Administrator for to add and update people in the Enterprise
Resource Pool.
I then opened a project plan and added these people from the Enterprise
Resource Pool to the Resource pool for this document (they are not local
resources).
The new people showed up but any changes to their “Group†or “RBS†is not
being reflected in the plan that I have them “linked†to.

Any thoughts on why changes are not reflected?

Are the resources Active and have you verified there are no errors in the
queue?
